Yes, the batteries can be configured in parallel or series by customers. However, please pay attention to the following guidelines:
1. Make sure the voltage of each battery is identical before setting them in parallel. If they differ, charge them to the same level first.
2. Do not mix discharged and undischarged batteries in parallel, as this may reduce the capacity of the entire battery pack.
3. Inform us of your target capacity for the system if you intend to connect them in series; we will select the appropriate BMS for each battery.
4. If you are not a professional, please do not configure the batteries in parallel or series yourself, as it may be dangerous and negatively impact battery life.
