These items are prototype battery cells. They do not contain an integrated protection board (BMS). You must purchase and configure a compatible BMS separately for safe operation. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. Thank you for your cooperation!

1. What preparation is required before assembling the DIY battery pack?
DIY battery packs must have their cells balanced (matched to the same voltage) before assembly. Please note that incorrect assembly configurations or a lack of understanding regarding assembly guidelines will invalidate return and refund options.
2. How do you handle missing or damaged items during shipment?
Please contact us immediately with photographic or video evidence. In the event of a lost cargo, damaged battery cell, or safety risk, we will coordinate to resend, replace, or issue a refund. For any customer-initiated returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Do you test the battery cells prior to shipping?
Yes, each cell undergoes comprehensive testing:
  • Capacity Test: Within a 2% margin of error, ensuring it meets or exceeds nominal capacity.
  • Voltage: Deviation is kept under 0.01V.
  • Internal Resistance: Deviation is kept under 0.05mΩ.
4. Do the battery cells come with busbars and bolts?
Yes, the battery cells come with busbars and bolts or studs included for free. Each single battery cell will be shipped with 1 busbar and 2 bolts or studs.
5. What situations do not qualify for a return or refund?
Returns and refunds are not provided under the following circumstances:
  • Damage occurred after or during the assembly process (e.g., BMS wired incorrectly leading to a short circuit, charger failure, incorrect configurations).
  • Physical damage, swelling, or cell deformation caused by charging without a protective BMS.
Batteries can only be returned in their original, unused state (electrodes intact, no welding, no wear, and in good physical appearance).
6. How can I place an order?
We accept trade assurance orders online. For RTS (Ready to Ship) products, if the shipping cost to your country is explicitly calculated or marked as free, you can proceed directly to checkout. Otherwise, you can submit your detailed shipping information to secure an online order layout.
