Yes, our batteries are supplied with laser-welded studs as well as free bus bars.

Is the consistency of the cells I buy the same?

We will equalize the cells and test them for voltage, internal resistance, and capacity before delivery as a way to ensure consistency.

What should I do when I receive the batteries?

Due to the long shipping timeframe, the battery's power will be reduced during transit. We recommend that buyers perform a complete charge and discharge test on the batteries after receiving them and then leave them for a week before starting assembly, which is beneficial to the cycle life of the batteries.

Why has my logistics information not been updated?

The goods will be shipped by UPS or a local shipping company. However, due to the cross-border customs clearance process, the logistics information will not update immediately until the shipment arrives in your country. Once the local carrier scans the package, the tracking details will update accordingly.
